‘Remiss’ is about being anxious of not having a comfort-zone. About constantly being in situations you are not comfortable with, which leads to self-reflection and hopefully closure in the end.
The poem ‘Loss of trust’ is a story about having friends that have a different world-view than regular people, which you typically put up with. In short, they be crazy, okay? The piece is about them finally drawing the final straw and doing something unforgivable and you letting go of them.

‘Turn’ is about continuously seeking relationships that are bad for you. While this person knows it deep inside they are shutting it out and need a rejection in order to realize how bad this habit is.
‘Generation’ is about how technology overtakes our lives and makes us more closed people. We would rather spend time on our phones while with other people instead of seeing what’s in front of us.
